The bucket grown tomato in the video is being grown outdoors and needs supporting
String is the easiest and quickest support method I know
Here the string is supported at the top from a screw ensure the fixing point is secure and will take the weight
Or tied with an quick release knot to horizontal wires in greenhouses & tunnels
At the base the string goes under the bucket (or plant if soil grown)
Or a loop can be tied to the stem ensure it is loose and doesn’t strangle the plant!
The next step is to twist the plant around the string
It can be done with one hand or two
The truss isn’t crushed by the string .. it goes behind the truss
